The Mind Garden:

A Free Online Meditation Space

I teach two online meditation classes each week. These classes, rooted in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition I study and practice, are free and open to all.

In these classes, I pass on the meditation techniques and mindsets that have personally changed my life for the better; they can facilitate real and lasting change in your mind and therefore your life. Plus, the benefits of meditation ripple to the lives of those around us.

All classes are hosted via Zoom. The Mind Garden itself is hosted on Skool. You can join classes with camera on or off, whenever you’d like. Live attendance is encouraged, but most classes are also recorded, so you can always catch up on what you missed.

The current schedule is:
Breath Meditation — Wednesdays, 12-12:30pm ET
Inner Guide Meditation — Fridays, 1-1:30pm ET

No meditation experience is required!
This offering is great for beginner and advanced meditators alike.
